Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and support multiple work streams within a global program based in Urbandale, IA. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and in-office.

The successful candidate will ensure strategy and execution are aligned with the overall program vision, managing direct and indirect resources across geographically dispersed locations. This role requires strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders and drive objectives to completion with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Prioritize and manage multiple projects and programs, ensuring successful transitions and integration.

• Strategic Support: Design and create strategic documents such as project business cases, assessments, communication plans, and detailed project plans.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate project activities to key management colleagues and team members, facilitating problem-solving and decision-making.

• Risk Management: Proactively identify and resolve issues, manage project deliverables, mitigate risks, and ensure change control processes are aligned.

• Collaboration: Work closely with HR and other departments to ensure synchronized work streams across people, processes, and technology.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or similar field. Advanced degrees (MBA, Masters) are advantageous.

• Experience: 5+ years in Finance and Accounting, with 2-3 years of project management experience.

• Skills: Proven people management, strong communication and influencing skills, and strong project management skills.

• Certifications: PMP certification is preferred but not required.
