Overview:

A leading player in the energy and environmental sectors is searching for a seasoned SAP ERP Module Consultant with a focus on Customer Service. This dynamic role involves supporting the IT Enterprise Solutions team and making a significant impact within an internationally recognized organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Domain Management:

   • Oversee the SAP ERP Customer Service domain and related subsystems (FLS, Movilizer, etc.).

2. IT Project Collaboration:

   • Work closely with business units on IT project management within the Customer Service domain.

3. Process Implementation:

   • Execute and validate new processes and solutions within the SAP CS framework.

4. User Support:

   • Provide assistance and support to end users.

5. International Collaboration:

   • Engage in global projects and cross-functional issue resolution across various locations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Qualification in Business Informatics or equivalent professional background.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years working with SAP Customer Service.

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in analyzing, optimizing, and advancing business processes.

  • Familiarity with ABAP and iFlow development is welcomed.

  • Experience in both traditional and agile project management.

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
