Role Overview

Join a respected technology services enterprise as they seek an experienced SAP Application Specialist to drive their internal systems development and support initiatives. In this pivotal role, you'll become integral to the organisation's digital transformation journey, particularly their migration from SAP R/3 to S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact point for internal teams requiring SAP CS support

• Provide technical system assistance to field service teams across the organisation

• Lead training programs and develop a sustainable network of key SAP users

• Contribute to system modernisation and development projects

• Implement change management practices including documentation and training

• Extract and analyse data using SAP CS, QlikView and QlikSense for continuous process improvement

• Handle administrative support functions including invoice processing and error tracking

• Travel occasionally to branch locations to deliver in-person support and training

What You'll Bring

• Technical or commercial education with IT/process management specialisation (HF/FH or equivalent)

• Minimum 3 years experience with SAP CS module (S/4HANA experience preferred)

• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency

• Project management experience

• Systematic approach to problem-solving with quick learning capabilities

• Self-motivated with proven ability to implement solutions independently

• Passion for knowledge transfer and team development

• Fluent German and English communication skills (written and spoken)

• Italian or French language skills beneficial but not required
