A leading financial services provider with a strong presence in the Belgian and Dutch markets, specialising in asset management, wealth planning, and custodian banking. The new Partner & Client Services department ensures top-tier service and seamless onboarding of new partners, including brokers, asset managers, and banks.

Role Overview

As a Partner & Client Services Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, managing relationships with Belgian and Dutch clients and partners. You will play a vital role in addressing general inquiries, coordinating with various departments, and participating in strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with Belgian and Dutch clients and partners, mainly brokers, asset managers, and banks.

  • Act as the first point of contact for all general topics for our sales and partners.

  • Collaborate closely with all business lines.

  • Handle inquiries and coordinate with involved departments such as Legal, Asset Controlling, Wealth Planning, and Sales.

  • Ensure AML and Compliance requirements are met in our international business.

  • Participate in operational and strategic projects.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position within the financial industry.

  • Deep knowledge of the Belgium LPS market is a clear advantage.

  • Perfect fluency in Dutch and French, both written and spoken. English is a clear additional asset.

  • Strong customer orientation and commitment to problem-solving.

  • Excellent organizational skills and a structured, reliable work methodology.

  • Strong team spirit, availability, and flexibility.

  • Good knowledge of the Office package.

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Senior candidate with experience in life insurance.

  • Experience with Libre Prestation de Services.

  • Proficiency in both Back-Office and Middle Office (relationship with partners and clients).

Work Arrangement

Luxembourg Residents:

  • 2 days office per week

Non-Residents:

  • 34 remote days per year
