What You’ll Do:
Represent clients in high-stakes landlord-tenant disputes, leveraging your expertise to achieve favorable outcomes.
Draft precise predicate notices, pleadings, motions, and complex settlement agreements.

Negotiate settlements with finesse, ensuring client interests are protected.

Who You Are:
A licensed attorney with at least 7 years of direct landlord-tenant resolution experience.
Proficient in drafting legal documents and handling depositions with proven success.
A strong negotiator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Salary: $150,000–$200,000, commensurate with experience.
Revenue Sharing Plan: Earn 1/3 of your collected billable hours, plus a 20% bonus for client introductions.
