What You’ll Do:

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll take on a dynamic, high-impact role with responsibilities that include:

  • CRM Mastery: Keep our customer database up-to-date and accurate, ensuring seamless operations.

  • Sales Support: Collaborate with sales directors, process customer orders efficiently, maintain accounts, and generate actionable reports to shape strategy.

  • Tradeshow Excellence: Coordinate logistics for major tradeshows, assist with booth design/setup, and create standout marketing materials to elevate our brand.

  • Inside Sales Powerhouse: Make 100 cold calls per week, generate new prospects, follow up on leads, research potential customers, and hit ambitious sales metrics.

  • Adaptability: Take on additional duties as needed, showcasing your proactive, can-do attitude.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced, remote environments. Bring the following qualifications to the table:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of inside sales, customer service, or sales support experience, specifically within the food ingredient industry.

  • Tradeshow Expertise: Proven experience coordinating tradeshow logistics, from booth setup to branding and marketing materials.

  • Reporting Skills: Strong ability to generate and analyze sales reports, track metrics, and provide actionable insights.

  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is a plus but not required).

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience can outweigh formal education.

  • Skills: Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and an exceptional communicator who excels at building relationships remotely.
